Gambling portals like this one are important to the player because of several reasons, but if you put aside the information aspect, there is still one very important reason that remains. Gambling portals are the players' last line of defense against being cheated. Even the worst gambling portal that cares nothing about whether the player gets treated right, is a better place to choose a casino than straight out of the search engines.

The reason for this is we are paid on a commission basis of some sort, and no matter how / what method, the bottom line is that we don't get paid until the casino has signed you up as a player. It might surprise you to find out that we are the last ones to get paid, and the first ones to get screwed. *Except the really big portals who usually get paid upfront so they will advertise anybody with the money to pay their price. There is nothing wrong with that, I don't expect "Person" magazine to not advertise "slimnow shakes" because they heard it didn't help you lose weight. But it sure is nice when you find someplace that does have that level of integrity. Someplace that say.... guarantees their recommendations.

So you see where I'm going with this. If a casino isn't advertised on very many gambling portals, its either brand new, doesn't have an affiliate program (in which case it is proprietary software be very afraid!) , or else its run by a lowdown bucket of scum that doesn't even have the business sense to pay the people that make them money. How stupid can you get? But it is more the norm than not on the internet. The good thing is that these are the easiest of the scammers to avoid, simply by paying attention.

But just like you've found my place that cares about its integrity, so are there online gambling casinos. These casinos will do nearly anything to keep their good reputation amongst the masses, and they fear bad press like you should fear gambling at "just any RealTimeGaming software casino". Because there are a multitude of them that don't pay! And just because you got paid on that $900 win, doesn't mean you'll ever see a jackpot win of say... $29k. So the place you might be playing now, might seem like a good place, but how trustworthy are they at paying the big winners? The software has fair odds games, but the software owners/licensees don't make the casinos that lease the software, to pay their winners, or of course, their affiliates. Which is what gambling portals are for the most part.

So when you find a site that looks more pleasing to you than mine (and you will, I apologize in advance for my lack of ability in this area), please remember when you find that site, that there ain't nobody there willing to back their recommendations with cash out of their own pocket like I do at all my sites. What I lack in fancy looks, I make up for with honest information and I back it with my own cash.
