What you can expect when you choose a
casino thru one of my sites.

its your first cash-out that protocol demanded the check cross an extra set
of eyes before it went out which can delay things a day or two.

Important to read
*I would ask that at this time you
please note that although I told this person I would pay him the entire
amount of his cash-out if the casino didn't pay: that I said that only
because I knew I could afford to pay. Since I think any reasonable
thinking person would agree that isn't a realistic possibility all the
time then I'm sure you understand the best I can offer for the guarantee I
run is to cover your last (most recent) deposit into the casino. That way
you are never out any of your own money if I ever should recommend a bad

Also please note that if you are not
inclined to have to read thru the following parade of emails which

details, the email correspondence is shown below with the chronological
order in reverse from the last letter I received from the player
(about this situation) which was aptly titled in his subject as "Hurray!"
to ... somewhere near or at the beginning.
One last FYI: during the
correspondence over this matter you may wonder why the mention of "testing
casinos" comes up: and the answer is that I test casinos on a semi-regular
basis to ensure they are keeping up to my standards. However since I have
become well-known to the casinos I cannot do the testing myself and expect
to get the same results as an unknown. *If you are interested in becoming

I do require that you have a NETeller account so that I can transfer money

ya any of the
slots they offer have not proven to be great to me, except ... I really
am not one to wonder far from "reel in the cash". It is expensive and can
be cruel, but also has in my opinion the best payback of any slots I've
ever encountered.
Say I wanted to mention
since i forgot in my last forwarded letter; that I really don't think
jackpots is all that bad. in fact you're the first problem I've ever had
with them to this magnitude which after nearly 7 years, is pretty good
in my book.

give them an inch or its my experience you might get run over; and thus I
used some pretty strong words in correspondence with them.
The truth is that this
experience you've endured is pretty much par ... if or when something
goes wrong. All because its not one person handling things but rather its
several. The last one being a bean counter who has (I'm guessing)
authority to veto any cashin to make it go thru the due process which can
include having to fax in your drivers license etc.
I figure the bean
counters are figuring that worst case they've bought a few more days time
to collect interest on the money and best case: they might catch somebody
dirty and save the casino that money.
What these common-sense
challenged ... idiots fail to consider is the damage they do to a casino's
reputation.
And as I mentioned to Marcia it is all the more sadder a situation since i know they are going
to pay, that they should put themselves in a position to look bad AND
then pay. Shit might as well not pay if you're gonna do all the steps to
look worthless.
(shaking my head). Oh
well. I guess this is what makes it possible for me to make a living at
this... but I swear I sometimes think these places (most all are from
foreign countries which have different ways ... and I'm certain they
don't get the "Las Vegas mentality" what-so-ever) are never going to
figure out that the reason Bugsy Malone was able to make an otherwise
un-extraordinary patch of sand in the middle of the biggest desert in the
north American continent was .... customer service.
believe me; they've all
heard that speech from me so many times they almost know it by heart. and
yet still don't get it. If you tell somebody there's money in their
account. It damn well better be there!
well this is ... or was a
letter talking up Jackpots, lol. And it still is. What I'm
saying about them is that they are one of the better networks and I still would
stand by that although as I also mentioned to Marcia, much more and my
credibility is going to be at question. Probably would be already, (and
rightfully so) if not for my sending you the money.

No I haven't, do they
have a good history of paying winners? I'll check them out; as soon

that isn't true, the last update I received is from my phone call to

received today.

they wrote to David on Sunday 6PM telling him his Neteller
would be credited within 24 hours. I really do believe we
are nearing the resolution of this saga.
The crediting of
his casino account and Neteller account have gone smoothly.
It does still take some time though. For us to credit his
Neteller, we put in an order to Proc-Cyber, the financial
clearing house, which is located in S. Africa. Then they
place the order to Neteller. This takes approximately 24
hours.
The real snag
here, was the time between the check being ready on May 8
and it being picked up by DHL on May 16. And this is still
being investigated by our Support Manager.

personally and updates me several times a day.
