please allow me time to contact someone at alljackpots and I'm very confident you will get paid. So confident in fact that as long as they don't tell me there are some sort of problems like you had 2 accounts or something like that:  that I will in fact pay you the money myself if they don't come thru;  however that is very unlikely.

I have cashed out much larger sums than that with them:  well actually their sister casino all slots,  but same company.

I wouldn't be surprised to get an email from you saying you'd received the check in the next few days but in any case I won't wait to find out what's going on.  *when checks are sent it can take a while to reach their destination or it could be because its your first cash-out that protocol demanded the check cross an extra set of eyes before it went out which can delay things a day or two.

In any case please rest assured I'm on the job.

ya any of the slots they offer have not proven to be great to me,  except ... I really am not one to wonder far from "reel in the cash".  It is expensive and can be cruel,  but also has in my opinion the best payback of any slots I've ever encountered.

What these common-sense challenged ... idiots fail to consider is the damage they do to a casino's reputation.

And as I mentioned to Marcia it is all the more sadder a situation since i know they are going to pay,  that they should put themselves in a position to look bad AND then pay.   Shit might as well not pay if you're gonna do all the steps to look worthless. 

(shaking my head).  Oh well.  I guess this is what makes it possible for me to make a living at this...  but I swear I sometimes think these places (most all are from foreign countries which have different ways ...  and I'm certain they don't get the "Las Vegas mentality" what-so-ever)  are never going to figure out that the reason Bugsy Malone was able to make an otherwise un-extraordinary patch of sand in the middle of the biggest desert in the north American continent was ....  customer service. 

believe me;  they've all heard that speech from me so many times they almost know it by heart.  and yet still don't get it.  If you tell somebody there's money in their account.  It damn well better be there!

well this is ... or was a letter talking up Jackpots,  lol.  And it still is.  What I'm saying about them is that they are one of the better networks and I still would stand by that although as I also mentioned to Marcia,  much more and my credibility is going to be at question.  Probably would be already,  (and rightfully so)  if not for my sending you the money.

thought I'd keep you informed on what i am being told.   here is what i received today.

From Support, they wrote to David on Sunday 6PM telling him his Neteller would be credited within 24 hours.  I really do believe we are nearing the resolution of this saga.

The crediting of his casino account and Neteller account have gone smoothly.  It does still take some time though.  For us to credit his Neteller, we put in an order to Proc-Cyber, the financial clearing house, which is located in S. Africa.  Then they place the order to Neteller.  This takes approximately 24 hours. 

The real snag here, was the time between the check being ready on May 8 and it being picked up by DHL on May 16.  And this is still being investigated by our Support Manager.

Charlie Burton, the casino manager has really been following this up personally and updates me several times a day.

Hopefully, this is it now.....

he not only got all that:  but while he was waiting on that:  I sent him $200.  So he's done pretty well if and when he gets his actual cashout. 

That said,  I don't feel I should be asking him for anything at the moment considering I just answered his last email telling me the casino said he'd be paid by weekend's end,  and its now Sunday evening.

I wrote him saying that I figured by Monday's end he'd be paid in attempt to buy a little more time ... but what's taking so long?

I hope as I'm writing this he's been paid but as of the time now: he's not written me saying that is the case.

An order has been made to credit David's Neteller account with $800 - I'm told that he requested from Support over the weekend that he be paid via Neteller to replace the check he couldn't cash.  Proc-Cyber, the financial clearing house, says he should see the $800 in his Neteller account within 24 hours.

In addition, the casino manager is crediting his casino account with another $50 for the incredible inconvenience of this cashout.

So all-in-all, he's received $100 from the casino, $35 from Support yesterday (to reimburse on the courier costs) and now another $50 from the casino for this string of unfortunate events.

All this, because they really are sorry that he's been put through this and they value their players, and want him to continue playing at the Jackpot Factory.

If he still has any patience for us, we'd really appreciate getting a fax copy of the check in order to make sure that what went wrong here, doesn't happen again.
